nic horgan
Managing Partner & Director
Nic Horgan serves as Managing Partner & Director for Pro Snow Line, bringing decades of snowmaking, grooming, operations, sales, and resort support experience across New Zealand and the United States. He began his ski industry career at Mount Hutt in 1989 and later managed slopes at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables. In 1999 Nic founded SLS and Pro Snow Force to support ski resorts in the U.S. After more than 20 years in sales and support for SMI Snowmakers, he launched Pro Snow Line to introduce innovative ski area products to North America and support operators today.
Robert Mushet
Managing Partner
Robert Mushet serves as Managing Partner for Pro Snow Line, bringing more than 15 years of ski industry experience with a focus on snowmaking systems, Cas-Ex installations, complex infrastructure projects, and multi-million-dollar utility programs. His data-driven consulting work has helped ski areas design and implement efficient snowmaking systems while supporting operational and strategic development. In 2022, Robert founded Pro Snow Line with Nic Horgan to apply a technical, data-focused approach to ski industry applications and help resorts solve complex problems.
Josh Jorgenson
Chief Operating Officer
Josh Jorgenson serves as Chief Operating Officer for Pro Snow Line, bringing more than 30 years of resort management experience across operations, revenue generation, product development, and construction. He entered the ski industry at age 14 and later spent a decade leading Mission Ridge Ski and Board Resort and Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Active in the outdoor community, Josh has held leadership roles with the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce and recreation committees in Chelan County. He brings practical resort leadership and focus to every project he supports.

Regional Sales & Project Management
Bruce Transue serves as Regional Sales & Project Management for Pro Snow Line, supporting Northeast ski areas with turnkey mountain projects, including pump stations, piping systems, and earthwork. He began his ski industry career in 1978 at Burke Mountain in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, where he learned every aspect of mountain operations. After Seven Springs, Bruce joined Hunter Mountain in 1982, spending 37 years advancing to Operations Manager while overseeing trail construction, lift installations and infrastructure expansion. He later led Belleayre & ORDA venues.
jack jones
Service & Installation
Jack Jones serves in Service & Installation for Pro Snow Line, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on experience in infrastructure construction, equipment operations, and field installations. His background includes pipe installation at the Yellowstone Club as Lead Pipe Installer for Mackenzie Welding and snowmaking operations for Seasonal Labor Solutions. Known for safety, efficiency and attention to detail, Jack supports resort projects from installation through operation with practical field leadership and a clear understanding of construction and mountain conditions.
